At Fashionap, we know how exciting it is to receive your order—and we’re committed to making sure your shopping experience is smooth from checkout to delivery. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery for all orders placed on www.fashionap.com.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is completed, followed by a shipping notification once your order is on the way.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We partner with trusted U.S. carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated transit times begin once your order has shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: Typically 4–6 business days from the time you place your order.
(Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.)
3. Shipping Locations
- At this time, we ship only within the United States.
- We currently do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
- If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder—or reach out to us for assistance.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—be sure to check our website for updates.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected issues can sometimes cause delays:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- High-volume periods (holidays, sales events, etc.)
Polero is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we’ll always work with you to help resolve shipping concerns.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
- For lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, please first check with your neighbors or local post office. If you still can’t locate your order, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
