Return Policy Overview
Thank you for shopping at Fashionap. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
Our goal is to make returns as simple and fair as possible while maintaining the quality and hygiene standards of our products.
Return Timeframe
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- Returned in the original packaging (including tags, labels, and protective wrapping).
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as used cups, glasses, or personal items) cannot be returned.
Holiday Extension: Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- Item is returned with original tags and packaging.
- Item is not excluded under our “Exceptions” policy.

Refunds & Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for size or color, subject to availability.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.

- Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 4–6 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during holidays, sales, or unforeseen courier issues.

- Handling & Packaging: We take special care in packaging to ensure products are delivered safely and in good condition.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: In case your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@fashionap.com so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards and digital products
